By accessing our platform or making a payment through the HDFC Bank Payment Gateway, the customer (“User”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Product Nature & Compliance
  • All products sold are perishable food items.
  • Frozen chicken products are stored, handled, and transported under regulated cold-chain conditions as per applicable food safety standards.
  • Eggs and frozen chicken are intended for consumption only after proper storage and cooking by the customer.
  • Upon delivery, all responsibility for storage, handling, and consumption rests solely with the customer.
3. Pricing & Payments
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely via the HDFC Bank Payment Gateway.
  • The GP Solutions does not store or process card, UPI, or net banking credentials on its servers.
  • Successful payment does not guarantee delivery unless the order is confirmed by us.
4. Order Acceptance
  • Orders are accepted only after successful payment authorization.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock limitations, quality issues, logistical constraints, or regulatory reasons.
  • In such cases, refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
5. Delivery & Risk Transfer
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary.
  • Risk of damage, spoilage, or quality degradation passes to the customer immediately upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused due to force majeure events including transport strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • Liability is strictly limited to the value of the product paid by the customer.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, health-related, or consequential damages arising from improper storage, cooking, or consumption.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at Zirakpur, Punjab.
