Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Return Policy – Perishable Goods

Due to the highly perishable nature of eggs and frozen chicken:

  • Returns and exchanges are strictly not permitted once delivery is completed.

2. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may be initiated only if:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product found damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed

Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.


3. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source only.
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days, subject to bank/payment provider timelines.

4. Merchant-Initiated Cancellation

If The GP Solutions cancels an order due to operational or regulatory reasons, the full amount shall be refunded.
